Our cleanout process
Walkthrough or photo set
For larger spaces, photos of every wall and corner let us estimate load count. On site we confirm a firm price for the first load before starting.
Sort, then load
You flag keep, donate and toss. We separate reusable furniture, scrap metal, e-waste and clean wood so more leaves the landfill stream.
Broom-clean finish
We sweep the space and, on request, send before/after photos for realtors, executors or out-of-town family.
Scope and pricing
Load-based pricing
Most garages and basements land between 1/2 truck ($299) and a full truck ($579). Multi-load and estate projects get a custom written quote stating volume, material, access and schedule assumptions.
Estate and senior moves
We quote patiently, work in stages if needed, and document communication so every family member sees the same plan and price.
Donation honesty
We sort reusable items for donation and recyclables for the right facilities whenever practical. We do not claim diversion percentages we cannot prove with records.
Heavy leftovers
Concrete, soil, tile and shingles found in a cleanout are quoted by weight or as a dedicated load rather than absorbed into a volume tier.
