How the pickup runs
Send a photo of the item
A photo plus the floor it is on tells us the crew size and time needed. Curbside items start at $69; in-home carries start at the $99 full-service minimum.
We handle the carry
Stairs, tight corners, elevators and disassembly are part of the job. Tell us up front and the quote stays accurate.
Reusable first
Clean, working furniture and appliances are sorted for donation or recycling before landfill whenever practical.
Rules worth knowing
Refrigerant items
Fridges, freezers and air conditioners carry a $25–$35 per item surcharge because refrigerant units require handling and per-item facility fees.
Access and parking
Restricted parking, long carries and elevator booking windows can add labour time. We quote those separately when material rather than surprising you on site.
Mattresses and box springs
Accepted and routed to the appropriate recycling stream where available. Wrap heavily soiled items if you can.
Bulk furniture
Multiple rooms usually land in the 1/4 to 1/2 truck range ($169–$299 before GST). Photos let us name a narrow range before we arrive.
